The purpose of the Opera Omaha Guild is to assist in fundraising to support Opera Omaha and promote opera education in the community. The dedication of this large group, over 200 members strong, coordinates successful fundraisers each year, such as the annual Wine Seller auction and dinner, teen cotillion and an annual gala. The Opera Omaha Guild also offers educational and social events including the Opera Study Group series, Valentine’s Day Dinner and Victorian Tea. The Guild is one of Opera Omaha's largest donors, in excess of $150,000 annually through its fundraising activities.
